Subscription Information
Community Ambulance Service, Inc (CAS) offers a membership program to the residents of Venango County.
Our subscription drive runs from May 1st through July 31st annually. Being a subscriber of Community Ambulance Service, Inc. will insure you will not receive a bill for any ambulance transport as long as it is by Medicare guidelines to be “medically necessary” to go by ambulance. This includes any amount not paid by your insurance for Co-pays or deductibles.
Subscription Rates:
- Individual $40.00
- Household $50.00
- Senior Citizen Individual $35.00
- Senior Citizen Couple $40.00

Wheelchair Information:
PLEASE NOTE:
· Wheelchair transports are not billable to any insurance companies including MEDICARE.
· Non-Emergency ambulance transportation is not billable to any insurance companies including MEDICARE unless they are Medically Necessary, and the proper forms are signed by a physician prior to the transport.
